How to order
- Select the color, size, and style.
- Add your initial with heart or without heart. (or a short text).
- Add your personalization:
- Your photo.
- Your text: name of the song, the lyric (should be a short text that fits the sizing).
- Thread color.
- Add to cart then Checkout.
How do we process your order?
- Receive your order.
- Create a design according to your personalization.
- Ask for your review and approval (via email).
- Embroider the portrait design on the sweatshirt/hoodie.
- Ship to you through USPS carrier.
Note: We will send the Design Confirmation to get your approval within 24 hours since we received your order (Excluding weekends and holidays). Kindly give your feedback as soon as possible.
In case of no response from you after 48 hours since the time we sent the confirmation, we will start the embroidery without your approval. This ensures that your order can be processed on time and avoid wasting time for you and our store. We appreciate your understanding.

The delivery time is a bit long, but when the hoodie arrived I was so excited. The quality is very good and the embroidery turned out great too. I can only recommend it and it makes a really lovely gift. Unfortunately I had to pay an additional 13 euros in customs fees, probably because I ordered from Germany.

We ordered the viral stitch matching couple's sweaters. We chose grey sweaters, the pink stitch embroidery for my boyfriend and the blue stitch embroiled for myself.
We obtained beautiful sweaters, my boyfriend is more than happy with the result, he always wears it! I fully recommend!
Only thing to be careful with the size (take your measurements correctly). I am petite, so I chose a kid size and the sleeves are a bit shorter than I wanted (I was going for a slight oversized effect), which is completely my fault.
